As an outlook for next 72 hours, Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Monday predicted: “Night temperature may rise further.”
The Met Office also forecasted that weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9:00 am today.
Night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country during the period, it said in a release.
The country’s maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded 31.9 degrees Celsius jointly at Sandwip in Chattogram division while minimum temperature today was 14.5 degrees Celsius at Tetulia in Rangpur division.
The sun sets at 5:15 PM today and rises at 6:10 AM tomorrow in the capital.
